Little Sea View is situated less than ten minutes’ walk away from the iconic and picturesque harbour village of Charlestown.
Charlestown has played leading roles in many TV programmes and films such as Poldark, Alice in Wonderland, The Curse Of The Blackspot and Doctor Who. It was also used in the war drama The Eagle Has Landed.
The harbour is used by local fisherman and is also home to a number of tall ships. Charlestown is the perfect place to while away an afternoon with a walk around the harbour, or the coastal path towards Carlyon Bay or back to Duporth – you might even catch a glimpse of Charlestown’s resident seal swimming around the bay.
There are also a number of places to grab a bite to eat in one of Charlestown’s many pubs & restaurants, there’s so much choice it’s fun just to take a stroll and see what catches your eye.

From harbourside pubs to fine-dining restaurants, and from family-friendly eateries to excellent cafes, Charlestown really does have it all.
And if you’re looking to buy an extra special gift or souvenir of your holiday, there’s a range of antique and gift shops selling everything from postcards to fine art.
And remember, all this is less than ten minutes’ walk from Little Sea View. Leave the car behind and enjoy this jewel in the Cornish crown right on your doorstep.
