A wonderful few days away in a beautiful part of Cornwall.
Lots to do – walking and biking. And great restaurants in Charlestown which is easily walkable.

The accommodation was lovely. Open plan area downstairs was amazing with kids. Back garden area was enclosed which was good. Bedrooms all great.
Duporth is brilliantly situated for visiting other places such as Charlestown lovely walk and we really enjoyed lost gardens of Heligan which are a 15 min drive. Eden project was also fabulous.
Overall loved the stay and accommodation was excellent. Ben and Gemma were very approachable and helpful.

5 Stars! Wonderful house and surrounding area. Very clean, well presented property.
Everything we might need was in the house and it was really great to have the use of the kayaks and paddle boards to use on the private beach, which was an absolute joy.
The welcome pack was so thoughtful and we settled in really quickly. Ben & Gemma were very helpful if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this absolutely beautiful holiday home from home. Thank you, Ben & Gemma. We will recommend to all we know and return again.

Ben and Gemma were super friendly and helpful. The house was perfect, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and with all the kitchen equipment we needed. The added bonus was the garage full of beach fun equipment, body boards, paddle boards and kayaks, kites etc.
Having access through a coded gate to the private beach was amazing in Cornwall in August! The beach was always calm and peaceful with only residents coming and going and the sea always felt safe and clean for families.
We enjoyed the village of Charlestown, a lovely 20 minute cliff walk away, for morning coffee and croissants, a variety of lunch time venues, and had a really lovely evening meal at Springtide restaurant. We didn’t need to venture further to more touristy areas.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay at Little Sea View , thank you so much Ben and Gemma.

Having stayed in many Airbnb properties, some of which have been great and some not so great, this excelled expectations.
The property is clean and modern, with everything you could need and more. The hosts had left a welcome package which meant we could have a lovely cup of tea on arrival and a beer and fresh bread/croissants for breakfast the next morning.
Gemma and Ben have thought of everything you might need and it’s like being at home (without the clutter or the chores). It really is a lovely house suitable for a family get away, close to Charlestown and St Austell with a bus route if you don’t want to drive.
The welcome app is incredibly helpful and if we needed anything, our hosts were responsive! Beds are comfy, outside is lovely with a fire pit, all kitchen utensils you could need, games and books, body boards..I could go on and on! Will def book again

“We had a great stay at Little Sea View. Ben and Gemma were very helpful from first booking, to with emails on instructions and assisting with arrival times, to the app provided to help with our stay.
The house has everything we needed, a welcome basket of food, milk and juice, toys and books and basket of blankets for snuggling down in the evening. The bonus of having access to the private beach was brilliant, just a few minutes walk with use of the equipment in the garage which came in very handy.
I would absolutely recommend this property and if we are ever down this area we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

“What a fabulous place! It was absolutely perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. Everything we could possibly need was there and all the little details had been considered.
A perfect seaside holiday home and the beach was brilliant just down the road which our 2, 4 and 6 year olds were able to walk up and down to which was fantastic.
We will definitely be back!

“A fantastic home set within some breathtaking Cornish coast line. The close proximity to an idyllic beach was ideal whilst the beautiful harbour town of Charlestown is a short walk and well worth a visit or two, with some great food spots.
The house has a lovely home from home feeling. Immaculately clean and perfectly equipped thanks to the owners’ evident love, care and attention- they have ensured everything you need is there.”

“Little Sea View is a lovely house in a lovely area, easy walking distance of Charlestown and with it’s own little beach, what more could you ask for?
Ben and Gemma are excellent hosts and have thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
My boys are obsessed with the kayaks and paddleboards and the beach at the end of the road is just perfect for them. We love coming here and can’t wait to return next summer!”

“Little Sea View is perfectly situated for a beach holiday. Having the paddle and kayaks in the garage was a real boon. Ben and Gemma responded very quickly to my messages and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.
The house was super clean, well equipped and spacious.
Only 5 minutes walk down to the beach and 10 Minutes walk into Charlestown for pubs and restaurants. I highly recommend this holiday house.”

“We had a great holiday at Little Sea View. Ben and Gemma are fantastic hosts – very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is really well equipped, everything you would need for your stay, including a huge selection of breakfast cereals! The welcome goodies were amazing as well.
The location is excellent – there is the private beach where we spent a lot of time with the kayaks. Charlestown is a 10 min walk away, which has all the restaurants you will ever need. And Porthpean beach is a short walk away as well, a busier beach with a cafe and toilets.”
